Imaging XP

The AAEP has contracted with the Element by Westin Ewing/Princeton to offer a special rate of $139 per night for our Imaging XP attendees. The rate is valid September 18–21.

The deadline to reserve a room at this special rate is September 1. 

Please note: Morning lectures on September 19–20 will be held at the Element by Westin. Participants will be shuttled to Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center for afternoon wet labs both days.

The Element by Westin Ewing/Princeton blends nature-inspired comforts with modern conveniences and is located at 1000 Sam Weinroth Road, 14 miles from Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center. Daily transportation between the Element by Westin and Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center will be provided.
