Our therapeutic approaches utilize the latest orthobiologic options including Alpha2EQ, ProStride, Restigen PRP, Arthramid and more. High Performance Equine provides long term management of the high performance career of a variety of disciplines including Dressage, Show Jumper, Show Hunter and Eventing sport horses. We service clients in the northern Virginia and Wellington, FL regions.
This Internship will be a highly mentored position. The intern will spend the majority of their time working alongside Dr. Russillo, and evaluate and treat horses together. Over the course of the year as their skill level evolves, the Intern will be asked to see cases independently. These may be follow up examinations or new cases. The practice is based in northern Virginia from May to November, and shifts to the Wellington, FL region from December to April. The Intern will be expected to relocate accordingly. Housing will be provided in Florida. Occasional travel outside the regular practice area may be required.
