Registration Rate

Imaging XP is limited to AAEP-member veterinarians and is capped at 20 participants to ensure optimal training and skills development. The registration rate is $2,200, and spots are filled on a first-come basis. Registration will open late May.

In addition to the educational programming, your meeting registration includes:

PDFs of PowerPoint presentations
Daily transportation between the Element by Westin and Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center
Breakfast and lunch provided on Friday, September 19 and Saturday, September 20
Welcome reception on September 19 to interact with fellow attendees and instructors
