
Join members of the AAEP’s Early Career Committee for a wide-ranging conversation and exploration of ideas for fostering sustainability in the first 10 years of equine practice and beyond.
Discussion will include key findings from the recent Early Career Survey along with preliminary initiatives of the committee, which was established in late 2024. Audience participation is welcomed and encouraged.
The panel will consist of Early Career Committee Chair Dr. Jesse Tyma along with committee members Drs. Jamie Ashbrook, Zach Bruggen, Lauren Fischer, Jamie Lemus, Ernie Martinez, Sam Parkinson and Katy White.

The AAEP Virtual Wednesday Round Tables are interactive sessions held twice monthly on Zoom and led by subject matter experts, covering both clinical and non-clinical topics. Pre-registration required—just click the link! No RACE-accredited CE credit offered.
If you are unable to attend the live Round Table, each session will be made available on demand approximately 48 hours after the original live date.
Each virtual roundtable session will be up to 90 minutes. Start times will likely occur at 8:00 p.m. ET. Additional sessions will be added as they are confirmed, so please check back often!
