Meet Our Panelist:

Dr. Pop is owner and president of Appalachian Veterinary Services in Christiansburg, Va., a multi-doctor mixed animal practice that has been caring for large and small animal patients for over 30 years. Dr. Pop received his veterinary degree from North Carolina State University in 2019. After practicing mixed, large animal medicine near Wilmington, N.C., Dr. Pop joined Appalachian Veterinary Services as owner of the practice in July 2020. His medical interests revolve around small ruminants and bovine medicine, focusing on start-up sustainable farming, and helping anyone feel confident in the world of animal husbandry.
