Hotel Reservations
The AAEP has contracted with the Hilton Fort Collins to offer a special rate of $159 per night for our NeuroXP attendees. The rate is valid September 10–13, and the deadline to reserve a room at this special rate is Aug. 11.
The Hilton Fort Collins is located at 425 West Prospect Rd., 1 mile from the Translational Medicine Institute. Participants will be shuttled to the Translational Medicine Institute for morning lectures and afternoon wet labs both days.
Take Advantage of Shuttle Service from Denver to Fort Collins
If flying into Denver International Airport to attend NeuroXP at the Translational Medicine Institute in Fort Collins, multiple airport shuttle services are available for travel to and from Fort Collins.
The Fort Collins Convention & Visitors Bureau recommends Landline or Groome Transportation to make the approximate 70-mile trip comfortable, convenient and cost effective. Shuttles depart hourly, and you can book your reservation in advance.
