Hotel Reservations & Travel Information
The AAEP’s 28th Annual Resort Symposium will be held at the Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club, a breathtaking beachfront resort overlooking the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Indulge in luxury, adventure and relaxation at the resort’s two stunning beaches, waterpark, rejuvenating spa, championship golf course, and six exceptional restaurants from casual to upscale.
The AAEP has negotiated a group rate starting at $529 per night plus taxes and fees. The rate is applicable from January 14–23 for those interested in extending their Caribbean getaway.
Make Your Reservations
For all new and existing group reservation requests, please submit your inquiries via email to reservations@auroraanguilla.com. This will help ensure that all reservation details are properly documented and processed in a timely manner.
When submitting your request, please include the following information:
- Group name or organization
- Preferred dates
- Number of guests/rooms
- Contact person and phone number
- Special requests or accommodations
Please note the Group Room Rates are offered three days pre and post the Conference dates, based on availability.
Group Room Rates are based on single/double occupancy and are subject to applicable government sales tax (currently 13%) and service charge (currently 12%).
The hotel will review your request and respond as soon as possible regarding availability and next steps.
Traveling to Anguilla
A valid passport is required for travel to Anguilla, which is accessible via direct commercial flights into Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport (AXA); connecting flights through San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU); and air or water transfer options from the neighboring island of St. Maartan (SXM).
