Plate was broken and fully rebuilt at manufacturer in Korea (full internal replacement) 6/2021.
Comes with foot box, hard case for storage, working battery charger to charge 2 batteries at once, and two working batteries purchased 9/21 and 3/23. Hub holds charge. Works well, but losing associate, so downsizing. No longer under warranty, but kept up-to-date for 5 years after purchase with all-inclusive warranty.
