AAEP has secured room blocks at four convenient hotels. The daily rate listed is for single/double occupancy and excludes 12.5% local taxes and any applicable parking fees. The deadline to reserve a room at the AAEP rate, cancel a reservation or make changes is Nov. 13. Hotel reservations will open the week of July 29 when registration opens. You must be registered for the convention to book a hotel room at the AAEP rate.

Hyatt Regency Orlando – $263/night

You’re sure to appreciate the recreational amenities at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, which include two outdoor swimming pools, a 24-hour health club, and a waterslide.
